Business Development Manager – Remote (Uruguay)

About the role

FP Markets is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Uruguay. You will work remotely, building relationships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates and institutional partners to grow client acquisition and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners in Uruguay.
• Drive client acquisition through direct outreach, referrals, events and partnership programs.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD space.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance to ensure aligned and compliant campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
• Represent FP Markets at industry events, expos and webinars.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in Forex, CFDs or financial trading.
• Established network of IBs, affiliates or high‑net‑worth retail/institutional clients.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the trading industry.
