Business Development Executive – Buildings (U.S. Market)

About the role

CSI is looking for a commercially driven professional to grow its Buildings discipline business in the United States. The role will own the commercial strategy for the U.S. segment, identify and pursue target accounts, and generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting. You will work closely with U.S. Business Development leadership and technical teams to shape the right solution for each opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Buildings discipline in the U.S. market.
• Identify, prospect, and engage target architecture, engineering, and construction firms.
• Manage the full commercial cycle from outreach to proposal, ensuring disciplined use of HubSpot.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, sales or account development.
• Experience in the AEC, architecture, engineering, construction or professional‑services industries.
• Knowledge of the U.S. market and B2B services sales.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfort engaging directly with senior executives.
