Business Analyst

About the role

Internova Travel Group is seeking a Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business units and technology teams. You will help define, document, and validate solutions for a range of IT projects while providing daily production support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between technology and multiple business units.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design cost‑effective solutions.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, capture minutes and action items.
• Document business requirements, process flows, use cases, technical specs, UI designs, test plans and test cases.
• Analyze data, build data dictionaries, and create wireframes and integration documents.
• Execute communication plans and deliver system training.
• Maintain SDLC adherence (Agile/Iterative) and conduct QA/UAT.
• Provide operational support for key applications and manage third‑party vendor relationships.
• Conduct regular training sessions for internal and external clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis or Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and technical concepts.
• Knowledge of website design, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and development tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter able to work independently.
