Biology Expert (AI Research Tasks)

About the role

Anyone AI is looking for Biology Experts to design realistic, challenging tasks that test AI agents' ability to solve problems in biological research. The work is remote, project-based with flexible hours, and paid US$30 to US$80 per hour depending on expertise and project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design tasks covering molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology or bioinformatics.
• Develop reference solutions with clear reasoning, supporting evidence and reproducible analysis where applicable.
• Evaluate agents' use of biological databases, literature, analytical tools and datasets.
• Define evaluation criteria and spot factual errors, unsupported conclusions and methodological weaknesses.
• Review and refine tasks so they are clear, scientifically sound and appropriately challenging.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in biology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in biological research or applied work.
• Experience interpreting experimental results and scientific literature.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with biological databases, bioinformatics tools, R or Python.
