About the role

GS International is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to support its international hiring efforts. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a dynamic, globally‑focused team while managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen applicants and conduct interviews in both English and Spanish.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required profile

Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience recruiting for international markets is a plus.
