About the role
Join GCG's bakery team in Libertad, Montevideo, and contribute to the daily production of high‑quality baked goods. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment that values passion, focus, and discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dough, bake breads, pastries, and other bakery items according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of products.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability, including weekends.
- Ability to travel to the Libertad location.
- Motivation to work in a fast‑paced bakery environment.
