Asset Allocation Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance teams. You will use your expertise in macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to finance‑related questions.
• Check the logic, correctness, and performance of AI outputs.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each model version smarter and more reliable.
• Deliver diverse and complex problems to AI chatbots and assess their responses.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency) and detail‑oriented.
• Professional finance experience or advanced degree (MBA+ preferred).
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD is a plus but not mandatory.
