Asistente de Expedición

About the role

We are looking for an Expedition Assistant to ensure accurate preparation, control, dispatch and tracking of merchandise orders destined for internal clients, concessions and airlines. The role supports the Expedition area with administrative tasks and helps maintain high standards of service across our operations in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, control and classify merchandise from production areas.
• Verify quantities, condition, labeling and accompanying documentation for each order.
• Prepare and consolidate shipments for concessions, internal clients and airline operations.
• Coordinate with the Industrial Operations team for loading of merchandise.
• Ensure dispatch schedules are met and deliveries are made on time.
• Issue delivery notes, correct inconsistencies and make final adjustments.
• Record merchandise movements and keep management systems up‑to‑date.
• Maintain physical and digital filing of delivery documentation.
• Follow up on operational incidents and provide information for efficient closure of delivery processes.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Technical or administrative training in Logistics, Operations or related fields.
• At least one year of experience in an expedition, dispatch or logistics environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer‑oriented attitude for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Responsibility, commitment and teamwork mindset.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proactive approach.

Required skills

• Proficient use of computer tools for inventory and dispatch management.
