Arquitecto/a – Proyectos Ejecutivos

About the role

We are looking for an Architect with proven experience in developing and closing executive architectural projects. The role focuses on translating high‑level design concepts into detailed, constructible documentation for industrialized building systems, coordinating closely with engineering, production and external professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and finalize executive project packages integrating architecture, engineering requirements and client specifications.
• Produce, review and update construction drawings, details and bill‑of‑materials for prefabricated concrete or exposed‑concrete systems.
• Resolve technical issues related to joints, terminations and other construction details.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with external engineering studies and maintain technical liaison with architects and project stakeholders.
• Work with Production to ensure documentation is executable and delivered on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance to junior office members.
• Gradually engage in client‑facing activities linked to project development.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture.
• Verified experience in the development and closure of executive architectural projects.
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong ability to create precise construction details.
