About the role
You will join the Construction Management team, overseeing the execution of a study project while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the on‑site implementation of the project and guarantee adherence to quality, time and investment targets.
- Maintain technical and human relationships with all stakeholders, keeping interested parties informed of progress.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports to the client.
- Audit and control the generation of additional works and variations.
Required profile
- Graduate architect.
- More than 2 years of experience in similar positions on medium‑ or large‑scale construction projects.
- Own vehicle (highly valued).
- Strong teamwork, planning, organization, communication and sense of urgency.
