Application Support Specialist

About the role

The Travel Technologies Application Support Specialist provides comprehensive GDS and technical product support to Global Travel Collection advisors and internal teams. The role ensures smooth operation of booking tools across corporate, luxury leisure, and entertainment travel divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Travelport solutions, including GDS Help Desk queries, new PCC implementations, and Smart Button portfolio growth.
• Onboard and offboard advisors, set up corporate client profiles, and support OBT and BTA card integrations.
• Create and maintain bespoke processes, scripts, and itineraries (TripCase, Navitas Itin‑X).
• Install, configure, and support GDS software, hotel rate code loading, and Sabre Red / Galileo Navitas applications.
• Collaborate with back‑office systems (Dolphin, Agresso Net Suite) and provide updates on GDS changes to operational leaders.
• Support new product rollouts, mid‑office Compleat updates, and GDS audits as needed.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of travel industry GDS platforms and booking tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and document solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to assist advisors and internal departments.
