Android ML Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is hiring an Android ML Engineer for a remote position. You will bring agentic AI into Android products by building new applications in a fast-moving startup environment, where ownership and self-direction matter. You will use multi-agent orchestration frameworks to build systems that reason, plan and act, delivered in production-grade Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate multi-agent orchestration and ML capabilities into Android applications using Kotlin.
• Build production-grade Android UIs with Jetpack Compose.
• Implement agentic workflows with LangGraph, CrewAI or other open-source agent frameworks.
• Own product delivery from requirements through to production independently.
• Contribute across web or backend layers and navigate unfamiliar codebases as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Self-directed product engineering mindset, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD.
• Full-stack range with the ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI or similar open-source frameworks.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
