Analista de Gestión de Operaciones Off Shore

About the role

The Offshore Operations Management Analyst will ensure accurate control, monitoring and reconciliation of financial operations for investment funds and offshore entities. The role works closely with portfolio managers, brokers, banks and other investment‑related parties to provide reliable information for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Control and reconcile positions of investment funds and offshore companies with brokers, custodians and banks.
• Manage and verify the settlement of financial assets.
• Monitor daily cash movements, balances and availability.
• Identify, investigate and resolve inconsistencies in operations and positions.
• Analyze a wide range of offshore financial assets.
• Prepare reports on positions, movements and fund results.
• Participate in process improvement, documentation and standardisation.
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with established processes and deadlines.

Required profile

• Professional degree or advanced student in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced English reading and writing skills; oral English a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience in financial operations, fund administration, investment control, treasury, back‑office or middle‑office functions.
• Experience in financial institutions, fund managers, brokerage firms, banks or offshore operations is preferred.
