Airline IT Project Manager

About the role

Sabre is looking for an Airline IT Project Manager to lead customer‑facing technology projects for strategic airline accounts across the Americas. You will bridge business and engineering teams to deliver seamless deployments and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex Airline IT projects from initiation through deployment, managing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Guide cross‑functional engineering, product, and support workstreams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain trusted relationships with airline stakeholders, providing clear status updates and risk management.
• Partner with commercial and delivery teams to align deliverables with contractual commitments.
• Engage C‑level executives as needed to secure stakeholder alignment.
• Leverage generative AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve project tracking, reporting, and risk identification.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex, customer‑facing projects in travel technology, SaaS, or Airline IT.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies, contract alignment, and software delivery life cycles.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and manage risks across organizations.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI, automation, or analytics tools to boost project visibility and speed.
