AI Trainer – Finance Professional (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance teams. You will use your expertise in macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on topics such as macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test their reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides model improvements.
• Measure AI performance, track progress, and report on quality metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional finance experience.
