AI Machine Learning Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques and manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ensure production‑grade reliability.
• Document architecture decisions, workflows, and best practices.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, MLOps processes, and support Agile/Scrum delivery cycles.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to work independently 40 hours per week and take extreme ownership of deliverables.
