AI Machine Learning Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking an experienced AI Machine Learning Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models using Python and modern frameworks such as LangChain.
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques and manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ensure production‑grade reliability.
• Document architecture decisions, workflows, and best practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and MLOps processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to shared code libraries.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and take extreme ownership of deliverables.
