Agile Business Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Agile Business Analyst to join its globally distributed development teams. You will work remotely, collaborating with multicultural groups to improve business processes and deliver high‑impact solutions for clients ranging from startups to industry giants.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous reviews of processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Stay current with IT and process advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Perform detailed requirements analysis and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate delivered functionality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of data modeling techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
