Agentic Software Engineer (Claude Code) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Software Engineer specialized in Claude Code to join client teams on remote, project‑based assignments across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, using AI‑driven development to deliver production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client development teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Use Claude Code to coordinate AI‑generated implementation across large, multi‑file systems.
• Design and execute AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Iteratively improve AI‑generated output through structured feedback and human‑in‑the‑loop validation.
• Maintain architectural oversight while working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures and strong English communication skills.
• Experience delivering production software where AI generates the majority of code.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications.
• College degree (four‑year) and willingness to work 40 hours per week.
