About the role
The Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator will ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments for a digital‑first marketing network operating across multiple entities. You will work closely with vendors, internal teams, and finance colleagues to maintain clean financial records and support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
Key responsibilities
- Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices across several locations.
- Request vendor statements, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to address billing issues promptly.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing, generating billing reports for stakeholders.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
