Account Manager – Revenue Growth (Sales / Upsell / Renewals)

About the role

The Account Manager – Revenue Growth is a commercial position focused on expanding revenue within existing client accounts. You will own the post‑sale relationship, driving upsell, cross‑sell and renewal activities while collaborating closely with Customer Success and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across existing accounts
• Lead the full sales cycle for expansion deals, from positioning to closing
• Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions and negotiations
• Build and execute account growth plans in partnership with Customer Success
• Maintain pipeline visibility and provide accurate revenue forecasts
• Own commercial strategy and monitor client revenue performance

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales or Revenue roles
• Proven track record of successful upselling, cross‑selling and renewals
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to close deals
• Experience managing B2B client relationships
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success and Technical teams
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
