Account Management Support Specialist

About the role

The Account Management Support Specialist provides reporting, performance analysis, and operational insights to enable data‑driven decisions across Aven Hospitality’s sales organization. The role works closely with sales leaders and analytics teams to improve sales processes, reporting, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation across Lodging, Ground, and Sea product portfolios.
• Contribute to annual territory sales strategy and conduct market landscape analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with the sales organization to manage customers and ensure long‑term commercial success.
• Track, monitor, analyze, and report on core sales KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting and data‑analysis requests with accuracy and speed.
• Develop executive‑level data analysis and presentations highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in post‑QBR follow‑ups by tracking action items and performance commitments.
• Foster strong relationships with internal leaders and collaborate on global process development.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role (or strong internship experience).
• Relevant degree.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a desire to learn how data drives commercial decisions.
• Extensive understanding of market landscape, key players, competitive trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams within a global matrix organization.
• Professional presence and business acumen with articulate oral and written communication.
• Strong people skills and resourcefulness.
