ABA Operations Manager (Independent Operator)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ABA Operations Manager to lead and optimise the operational side of a growing autism therapy practice. The role is fully remote and requires a proactive, self‑directed professional who can assess current processes and implement improvements without detailed supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruiting workflows for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and internal process documentation.
• Support client intake, insurance verification, and scheduling operations.
• Track credentialing, compliance requirements, and maintain related records.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Establish structure and clear procedures where processes are evolving or undefined.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an ABA or behavioural health organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and follow‑through skills.
