About the role

SONDA is looking for a Junior Technical Support Technician to provide on‑site and remote assistance to its users. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop practical IT skills while contributing to the company’s technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to users both in person and remotely.
• Install and configure applications, email clients, and operating systems.
• Set up and configure printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Perform hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Clone and prepare computer equipment for deployment.
• Resolve incidents and user requests promptly.
• Assist with inventory management of IT equipment.

Required profile

• Completed high school education (or equivalent) with no pending subjects.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Familiarity with remote assistance tools and RDP.
• Experience installing and configuring printers and scanners.
