Software Engineer (Go + AWS) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for experienced software engineers to join its talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. As a Software Engineer you will be embedded in the client’s team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality backend and occasional frontend features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production‑grade backend services using Go.
• Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS, with a focus on EKS and cloud‑native patterns.
• Contribute small feature updates or bug fixes to Angular, Ionic, or React front‑ends when needed.
• Own end‑to‑end system reliability, CI/CD pipelines, and production releases.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve engineering velocity.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate in fast‑paced, lean teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong backend experience with Go in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and AWS infrastructure (especially EKS).
• Ability to work across the stack and quickly ramp up on new technologies.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude.
