Senior Golang Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go in production environments.
• Work with PostgreSQL for schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, focusing on EKS and cloud‑native patterns.
• Contribute to frontend features or bug fixes in Angular, Ionic, or React when needed.
• Own end‑to‑end systems, ensuring reliable CI/CD pipelines and rapid shipping of production‑ready code.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to boost engineering velocity.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate in fast‑paced, lean teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong backend development background with Go in live systems.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and AWS (especially EKS).
• Ability to work across the stack and take extreme ownership of deliverables.
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies and remote, collaborative environments.
