About the role

THE/STUDIO is seeking a high‑energy Account Executive to own the SMB tier of its global manufacturing SaaS platform. This fully remote position operates during US business hours and requires professional‑level English proficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end high‑cadence SMB sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Generate and convert leads within a 1–2 week sales window.
  • Maintain a precise pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity metrics.
  • Develop expertise in supply‑chain and product‑creation solutions to position high‑value offerings.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed uncapped monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of proven success in high‑velocity B2B SaaS or tech sales.
  • Strong analytical thinking, extreme ownership, and rapid adaptation to feedback.
  • Comfortable with aggressive cold‑calling and creating urgency on first contact.
  • Outcome‑driven mindset focused on revenue generation.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline management.
  • Experience using sales prospecting tools such as Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Apollo.
