Quantum Research Scientist with Python – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a quantum‑focused researcher with strong Python skills to design and validate computational physics problems for AI training projects. The work is project‑based, remote, and paid by the hour.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational physics problems that reflect real research workflows in mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and quantum mechanics.
• Create problem statements that require Python solutions using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and SymPy.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within reasonable timeframes.
• Validate solutions with Python code and standard physics simulation libraries.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Physics (theoretical, experimental, or computational) or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in research, applied physics, or teaching.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Ability to think creatively and design problems that mirror real research challenges.
