Product Support Analyst I

About the role

Join Sabre’s global Customer Support team as a Product Support Analyst I. You will be the first point of contact for customers using the Sabre reservations system, diagnosing and resolving technical issues while ensuring a smooth operational experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, replicate and resolve technical support cases related to Sabre reservations systems and associated applications.
• Act as the primary interface for customers, assess issue impact, prioritize urgent cases and escalate when necessary.
• Research product outputs and system behavior to guide customers on functionality and maintenance.
• Collaborate with advanced support, account management, implementation and development teams to achieve timely resolutions.
• Manage daily priorities, pursue personal technical growth and maintain clear communication with global clients and coworkers.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; university student or graduate accepted.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and customer‑service abilities.
• Effective time‑management, organization and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
