Product Designer (Figma & Agentic AI) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Product Designer experienced with Figma and emerging Agentic AI tools to join client teams on remote, project‑based assignments across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers, engineers, and product managers to create high‑quality user experiences for sophisticated, large‑scale systems.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client product teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Design user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design tools and prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate iteration and experimentation.
• Maintain design system consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take extreme ownership of deliverables.
• Rapidly iterate concepts while ensuring high visual and functional quality.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or interaction design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong expertise in user‑centered design, interaction design, and design systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and work on complex systems.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with forensic attention to detail.
