Mid-Level Golang Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Golang Engineer to join our talent network and work on project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. The position is fully remote, focused on Latin America, and you will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Go services using idiomatic package design, goroutines, channels and context.
• Build and operate distributed systems, including message‑broker integrations (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) with delivery guarantees.
• Write Dockerfiles, create Kubernetes manifests, and troubleshoot workloads in production.
• Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs and establish testing patterns for the team.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Tekton, Argo, Jenkins X, Spinnaker, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Collaborate on cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure) covering compute, networking and load balancing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on Go development.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
