Manual QA Engineer – Agentic Testing & Playwright (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Join FullStack's talent network as a Manual QA Engineer, working remotely with U.S. clients on flexible, project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s development team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain detailed manual test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and validate software defects.
• Incorporate AI‑assisted tools, including Claude, into daily QA workflows.
• Use Playwright to trigger test runs, review results, and understand automated test coverage.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and edge cases.
• Investigate unexpected application behavior and differentiate product defects from environment issues.
• Contribute to test libraries and support CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional manual software testing and QA experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude (GUI or command‑line) in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to integrate AI‑powered testing tools into QA processes.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Manual testing (functional, regression, integration, exploratory, end‑to‑end).

• Familiarity with Cypress, Selenium or WebdriverIO (nice to have).
