About the role

We are looking for a motivated Developer to join our Topaz Team and help create innovative solutions for the financial market. You will work on implementation and evolutionary development projects using Topaz's proprietary 4GL language, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve projects using Topaz's 4GL language, adhering to quality and timeline standards.
• Participate in the full delivery cycle: planning, monitoring, testing, documentation, deployment, and post‑delivery support.
• Design solutions based on functional knowledge of the financial business.
• Program with tools such as Jasper and Kettle, and write SQL stored procedures, packages, and views.
• Act as a consultant to clients, identifying needs, proposing solutions, and supporting implementation.
• Analyze and optimize performance of developed solutions.
• Interact with various operating systems, communication, network, and channel systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated, high‑quality deliveries aligned with client requirements.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL databases (mandatory).
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, client‑orientation and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
• Desired: Portuguese and/or English language skills.
• At least one year of development experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and the financial sector is a plus.
