Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst

About the role

Topaz seeks a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to drive the company’s total‑reward strategy. You will ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and embed AI‑enabled automation into compensation and benefits processes.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute proactively to the compensation and benefits strategy, guaranteeing internal fairness and market competitiveness.
• Design, implement and monitor benefit programs, leveraging automation and employee feedback for a positive experience.
• Identify innovative benefit opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, cost analyses, and equity assessments.
• Conduct market salary research using Business Intelligence tools and identify emerging trends.
• Create and update performance indicators for the compensation area using People Analytics.
• Ensure compliance with AI regulations and data protection (LGPD) through governance and audit practices.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on analysis, strategy and autonomous execution.
• Proven expertise in designing salary structures, market surveys and internal equity analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BI tools and advanced Excel.
• Interest or experience in automation (RPA) and AI applications.
