Cloud & DevOps Engineer

About the role

You will work directly with our client, taking full ownership of cloud infrastructure and driving decisions independently. The position emphasizes strong communication, proactive problem‑solving, and continuous self‑learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Manage AWS services (EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, VPC, Route 53, IAM, CloudWatch) and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform across multi‑environment, multi‑account setups.
• Apply GitOps practices using FluxCD (and evaluate ArgoCD).
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and observability with Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, or New Relic.
• Handle secrets management via AWS Secrets Manager or HashiCorp Vault.
• Collaborate with the client in fluent English, providing clear status updates and incident response.

Required profile

• 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Hands‑on expertise with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Proactive communicator comfortable interacting directly with clients.
• Practical approach to incident handling and process improvement.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code mindset with a focus on reproducibility and documentation.
