API Support Analyst

About the role

Join Sabre’s API Support team and become the first line of technical assistance for developers and travel agencies integrating Sabre’s APIs. You will work with cutting‑edge travel technology, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and help shape the next generation of travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced support and resolve complex technical issues for online customers.
• Collaborate with developers, customer representatives, and internal teams to improve services and drive strategic initiatives.
• Validate XML files and schemas, reproduce customer scenarios, and identify potential system bugs.
• Investigate non‑conforming SOAP and REST requests, providing clear guidance for analysis and resolution.
• Participate in customer projects and contribute to documentation and best‑practice guides.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and work effectively in a team.
• Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Required skills

• Proficiency with XML, SOAP, REST, and HTML.
• Basic knowledge of web development or programming languages.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and user guides.
