About the role

The company is looking for a seasonal Recruiter to join the Talent and Culture team during the summer period. The role involves managing high volumes of candidates in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the onboarding of operational staff for the seasonal workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and analyse CVs to identify suitable profiles.
• Maintain contact with candidates, schedule and conduct individual and group interviews.
• Evaluate and select operational candidates for the company’s locations.
• Prepare and present job offers.
• Coordinate start‑dates and follow up on the onboarding process.
• Record and update candidate information in the management systems.
• Participate in mass recruitment campaigns and related activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, especially high‑volume hiring, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple processes simultaneously.
• Proactive, dynamic and results‑oriented mindset.
• Availability to work onsite in Maldonado.
