Unified Communication Specialist

About the role

The Unified Communication Specialist supports daily coordination, operation, and governance of Unified Communication services delivered by an external provider, acting as a liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and the provider to ensure reliable, business‑aligned service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Unified Communication services with the external provider and regional service managers, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Organise and lead regular service review meetings, track incidents, requests, changes, and follow‑up actions.
• Support major incident handling, problem management, RCA analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect stakeholder feedback, translate business needs into structured inputs for the provider and product owner.
• Produce reports on service quality, incident trends, and provider performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• 6+ years of experience in Unified Communications technologies and services, with 3‑5 years in IT service coordination, ITIL processes, and managing external providers.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Unified Communications technologies and services.
• Proficiency with IT service management tools, especially ServiceNow.
• Intermediate skills in cloud solutions, virtualization, monitoring tools, networking, telecommunications infrastructure, IT security, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
