Técnico/a en Mantenimiento Industrial – Paso de los Toros

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to support multiple industrial plants in the Paso de los Toros area. The role involves hands‑on work on instrumentation, control systems and electrical equipment, with regular travel between sites and participation in rotating guard shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance tasks through an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
• Verify, calibrate and inspect instruments and control systems.
• Prepare technical reports and contribute to failure analysis.
• Interpret process diagrams, instrumentation schematics and electrical drawings.
• Perform and supervise electrical work following strict safety standards.
• Handle spare‑part logistics and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical training in Instrumentation, Industrial Control, Electrotechnics, Industrial Electrical Installations or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel between plants.
• Availability for rotating guard shifts.
