Senior Technical Project Manager – Online Media

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the relaunch of a high‑traffic digital media website. You will act as the operational owner, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless content migration and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and launch of a large‑scale digital media website.
• Own project execution, identify risks, remove blockers, and drive timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery frameworks.
• Review wireframes, designs, and technical requirements to define implementation strategies.
• Break down scope into development tasks and actionable deliverables.
• Anticipate technical dependencies related to content migration, data flows, advertising, and integrations.
• Collaborate with design, editorial, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
• Oversee implementation of CMS integrations, APIs, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, and reviews.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering digital products and website launches.
• Strong background in managing large‑scale content migrations.
• Proven ability to bridge business and engineering teams.
• Excellent risk‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Deep familiarity with Agile delivery processes and SDLC best practices.
