Salesforce Developer (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

Greenbox Capital is seeking a remote Salesforce Developer to support its fast‑growing fintech lending platform across Latin America. You will design, build, and maintain high‑performance Salesforce solutions that power loan origination, servicing, and collections.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and API integrations.
• Ensure platform reliability, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable features.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and follow best‑practice release processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed global team.
• Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity and a continuous‑learning mindset aligned with a fast‑paced fintech environment.
