About the role
Sabre is seeking a Principal Sales & Account Management professional to lead growth for its Radixx portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will own the full sales cycle for existing and new accounts, driving revenue and long‑term customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve new‑business, renewal and share‑shifting targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, risks and emerging trends.
- Negotiate profitable contracts and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Sell new solutions to both existing and prospective customers to meet regional sales goals.
- Maintain high‑level customer engagement, positioning Sabre as an innovative partner.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, delivery and consulting teams to align activities with corporate strategy.
- Partner with support, delivery and operations to ensure seamless service continuity.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Deep understanding of the travel/hospitality or enterprise software market landscape.
- Strong ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a global matrix organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
