Power BI Developer – Advanced Analytics & Dashboard Design

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join Tata Consultancy Services and support a global client. The role focuses on designing scalable analytics solutions, building advanced dashboards, and enabling data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and visualizations.
• Apply advanced DAX, semantic modeling, and data‑visualization techniques to support enterprise analytics.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and data‑engineering teams to define reporting strategies and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Support product‑owner activities such as backlog refinement and user‑story definition.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing Power BI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power BI semantic modeling.
• Experience with Power BI dataflows and enterprise data‑warehouse environments.
• Advanced SQL skills for large‑scale data processing.
• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
