About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Portuguese‑English Virtual Assistant to join our growing property management team. You will provide day‑to‑day administrative support for short‑term rental operations, ensuring smooth communication between owners, guests, and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communications in English and Portuguese.
• Assist with reservations, inquiries, and booking management across platforms.
• Coordinate with property owners, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
• Update calendars and booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Perform general virtual assistant and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
• Background in property management or short‑term rentals.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb.
• Hands‑on experience with Booking.com.
• Familiarity with Hostaway (optional).
