About the role

Launch Potato is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own and grow social and native advertising campaigns for its FinanceBuzz brand. You will work remotely with a global team, managing budgets, optimizing performance, and gaining hands‑on experience across leading ad platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage social and native ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, and Outbrain.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to creative, bids, and placements.
• Partner with senior media buyers to launch new campaigns and scale existing ones.
• Facilitate creative testing by iterating copy, swapping images or videos, and tracking results.
• Conduct competitor research and performance audits to identify new testing opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions in a remote environment to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of media buying experience with a focus on performance‑driven results.
• Hands‑on experience running social or native ad campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently.
• Positive attitude, adaptability to changing business needs, and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.
• Passion for performance marketing within the finance and money‑management vertical.
