Listing Coordinator – Short‑Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and enhance property listings on major short‑term rental platforms. The role is fully remote and ideal for candidates with a passion for hospitality, SEO, and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other channels.
• Write compelling, SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions that attract bookings.
• Maintain accurate information on amenities, pricing, availability, house rules, and policies.
• Organize and caption property photos to improve visual appeal and conversion.
• Collaborate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure listing data reflects the actual property.
• Monitor performance metrics such as views, conversion rates, and booking trends.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase visibility and occupancy.
• Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and liaise with platform support when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term rental, Airbnb, property management, or listing management.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Strong written English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.
