Junior Accounts Payable Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Associate who is fluent in German to join our finance team in Montevideo. The role operates in a hybrid model, offering a blend of on‑site collaboration and remote work, and provides an entry‑level opportunity to develop core AP processes within a global IT services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support vendor account management activities.
• Resolve inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with vendor payments and follow‑up activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and controls.
• Collaborate with global teams in a multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills and solid English proficiency.
• Students, recent graduates, or professionals beginning their career.
• Background in administration, business, finance or related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
