Jefe/a de Supply Chain – Industria de Materiales de Construcción

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Leader to manage the end‑to‑end logistics of a construction materials company. The role involves coordinating transportation, warehousing, and customer service to ensure efficient and high‑quality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full supply chain operation, including logistics, transport, customer service, and warehouses.
• Ensure service level targets (OTIF) and on‑time delivery compliance.
• Manage inventory, sourcing, and distribution processes.
• Lead and develop teams while coordinating with key internal areas.
• Monitor KPIs, control costs, and continuously improve processes.
• Promote safety standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within an industrial, unionized environment.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end operations and teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
