IT Project Manager Senior

About the role

ThinkUp is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive strategic digital‑banking initiatives. The role combines strategic vision, results orientation, and close client management while coordinating multidisciplinary teams in demanding environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate technical and multidisciplinary teams, assigning tasks and balancing workloads.
• Apply agile or traditional project‑management methodologies as appropriate.
• Identify, mitigate and remove risks and obstacles that could impede progress.
• Manage high‑level stakeholders (C‑level and strategic clients), aligning priorities, timelines and expectations.
• Optimize resource usage, timelines and costs to maintain project profitability.
• Report progress, KPIs and key metrics to the COO and clients.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• At least 8 years leading technology projects in corporate settings.
• Experience in software development projects, preferably with a technical background.
• Proven track record managing technical and multidisciplinary teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
