International Sales Lead – Spanish-speaking Markets

About the role

We are a laboratory based in Zonamerica seeking an International Sales Lead to drive growth in Spanish‑speaking markets across Latin America and Spain. The role combines market exploration, distributor management, and brand promotion for our portfolio of serum, serum‑free media, and identification reagents.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and analyse market dynamics in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Spain and other Spanish‑speaking regions.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand key accounts.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, establishing evaluation and training systems.
• Collaborate with marketing to gather market intelligence, represent the company at international exhibitions, and conduct competitor research.
• Undertake additional temporary assignments related to business operations as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in English and intermediate Portuguese.
• Strong business acumen, expert negotiation abilities, and resilience under pressure.
